Match performance and role-specific output use percentiles within each position, then apply the league-strength adjustment. A goalkeeper is compared with goalkeepers, a forward with forwards, and so on. Position groups use each league's season-level player role, weighted by audited club minutes; match-by-match positions are used only when that season role is unavailable.

Audited minutes from eligible domestic leagues and supported tournaments determine eligibility and workload from 1 August 2025 through 31 July 2026. Proper-stage Champions League, Europa League, Conference League and World Cup matches count; qualifiers do not. Goals, assists, ratings and position-specific actions are collected from every accepted match and aggregated before scoring.

Trophy credit is separate. A player with a verified trophy receives competition-weighted points based on collected minutes, ratings, goals, assists and position-specific output—not a manually entered performance score.

Eligibility requires at least 1,200 audited minutes across eligible domestic leagues and supported tournaments. Availability measures sustained season workload and reaches full credit at 2,700 minutes using the same audited domestic and tournament sample. It does not infer missed matches or registration dates. Leagues below the required data coverage are excluded.
