Le Mans 2-2 Lens as Ivanovic Equalises After Four Goals

Le Mans drew 2-2 with Lens at MMArena on Sunday, September 13, with both sides taking a point in Ligue 1’s fourth regular-season round. Le Mans led 2-1 at half-time before Lens equalised six minutes after the restart. The result leaves Le Mans 15th with two points from three games, while Lens remain 11th on three points from three matches.

Le Mans build a half-time lead

Both teams produced 11 shots inside the box, while Lens won nine corners to Le Mans’ three. Le Mans committed 17 fouls against Lens’ 11, but the visitors’ greater shot volume did not produce a winning goal. Goalkeeper saves were four for Le Mans and two for Lens.

Bourabaa and Ivanovic stand out

Ivanovic was the highest-rated player, receiving 8.1 after 44 minutes and contributing one goal and one shot on target. Bourabaa was close behind on 8.0, scoring once, providing one assist and creating two key passes across his 90 minutes.
