0-0 Draw: Freese Denies Nashville as NYCFC Hold the League Leaders

New York City FC and Nashville SC drew 0-0 in their Major League Soccer regular-season meeting at Yankee Stadium on Friday, September 4. The result was a draw between Eastern Conference sides at opposite ends of the table: New York City FC were listed seventh with 29 points from 23 matches, while Nashville SC remained top with 53 points from the same number of games.
