20 shots and 64% possession earn Botafogo a point

Botafogo drew 1-1 with RB Bragantino in Serie A at Estadio Olimpico Nilton Santos on Saturday, September 12. Bragantino led at half-time, but Botafogo recovered after the interval to secure a share of the points.

Bragantino lead before turning point

The opening goal arrived in the 30th minute when Lucas Monzon scored an own goal for RB Bragantino. Botafogo went into the break behind despite building more of the possession and passing volume during the match.
